The hotel sits on a quiet side street in the 15th arrondissement, within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower (1.1km) and UNESCO. The nearest metro station (Lamotte-Picquet-Grenelle, line6) is about 100m away, giving direct access to central Paris via three lines. Around the corner, Rue de Commerce offers restaurants, bakeries, cafés and a Monoprix supermarket. The area feels safe and is well-suited for sightseeing on foot or by public transport. Paris-Orly Airport is 17km away; from Gare du Nord take line4 to Strasbourg-Saint-Denis then line6 to Lamotte-Picquet-Grenelle.

All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries, plus soundproof walls, heating, a wardrobe and a safe. Double and twin rooms have one or two single beds; family rooms and communicating rooms are available for families of four. Superior rooms in the front building are noted as slightly larger and have a lift. Rooms in the second building (including some twin rooms) are accessible only by steep stairs. Many rooms overlook a quiet courtyard or a side street, but guest feedback consistently highlights that most rooms are compact and limited in luggage space. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided. Some rooms have a small patio. Limited initial complimentary tea/coffee pods are supplied; extras cost 1EUR at reception.

The breakfast buffet is available each morning in a small dining area and includes breads, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, fruit, juice and hot drinks. The selection is continental and consistent, without hot cooked dishes. For other meals, the surrounding streets offer a wide choice of restaurants, crêperies and brasseries within two or three minutes' walk - including Café Le Pierrot, La Gauloise and several bakeries. The hotel has no bar or room-service menu, but a vending machine for drinks is available by reception.

The 24-hour reception is staffed around the clock, offering key-card access and secure entry overnight. Luggage can be stored free of charge both before check-in and after checkout. A lift serves the main building only; the annex building (with some twin and double rooms) has no lift and is accessed via steep spiral stairs. Housekeeping service is daily, and staff are described as friendly and helpful. There is no laundry service or airport shuttle. Cots can be provided on request. Safety features include 24-hour security, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and a security alarm system. Payment by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro is accepted; cash is also accepted for incidental purchases like additional coffee pods.
