The nearest Metro station (Saint-Michel) and RER B and C lines are two minutes on foot, providing direct access to airports and all major attractions. The neighbourhood is filled with historic cafés, art galleries, bookshops, and restaurants such as Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots. Luxembourg Gardens is a 15-minute walk for relaxation. Despite being in a lively area, the street itself is quiet at night. Several restaurants, crêperies, and grocery stores are within 300 metres.

Room categories include Superior Rooms (queen bed, shower, tea/coffee tray), Junior Suites (king bed plus sofa bed separated by a curtain, shower and bath, Nespresso machine), Prestige Suites on the top floor (king bed, separate living room with sofa bed, door for privacy), and an Apartment that connects a Junior Suite with a Superior Room (two king beds and a sofa bed, accommodating five). Rooms on upper floors may require using the stairs if the lift is too small for luggage.

The breakfast buffet includes fresh pastries and bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruits, yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, and a selection of hot drinks. Room service breakfast is available upon request. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor of the sister hotel across the street and has been recently renovated.
