At night, some surrounding streets can feel less secure, so staying aware is advisable.

Room sizes vary significantly: Tiny rooms (9-10 m2) are budget-friendly but very small; Classic Doubles (13-14 m2) offer more space and varied layouts - some with street views, others facing the courtyard. Superior Doubles (15-16 m2) on the top floor feature a Juliette balcony and extra room. The Classic Triple (17 m2) is the largest, with a queen bed and a single bed. All rooms include a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, flat-screen TV, safe, and free WiFi. Some rooms have air conditioning; others rely on a ceiling fan. Noise can be an issue: ground-floor rooms near the kitchen can be noisy, and thin walls mean sound travels between rooms. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are generally quieter. Recent renovation has improved overall cleanliness and finishes.

The breakfast buffet (€13 per person) is served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the ground-floor lounge.
