HOTEL SUNNY, Paris

The hotel sits on a lively tree-lined boulevard in the Latin Quarter, about 15 minutes on foot from Jardin du Luxembourg and 2 km from the historic centre. The RER B at Port Royal links directly to both CDG (approximately 1 hour) and Orly airports (around 40 minutes). Multiple bus routes, including the N91, stop immediately outside, making Gare de Lyon reachable for early trains. The surrounding neighbourhood is well-supplied with cafés, restaurants, and shops within a 5-minute walk, and the Sunday street market outside the hotel adds local character. Walking to main tourist areas such as the Panthéon or Notre-Dame takes 25-35 minutes.

The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. Leisure options are limited to exploring the nearby parks (Jardin du Luxembourg is a 15-minute walk) and the numerous cafés and restaurants in the Latin Quarter. The Sunday street market outside the hotel offers a local shopping experience.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi across all areas. A 24-hour front desk handles late check-ins (the main door is locked after hours, but night staff will assist). Free luggage storage is offered before check-in and after checkout. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes and bed-making. The property has a lift, though it can be slow and noisy. Accessibility features include a lowered bathroom sink, raised toilet with grab rails, and wheelchair-accessible rooms. No laundry service is available, but a nearby launderette is a short walk away. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, and pets are not allowed. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard.
