The Carriage House has 155 rooms. 113 are suites, and 7 comply with ADA standards. Rooms include king or queen beds, living room areas, televisions, kitchens, kitchenettes, complimentary Wi-Fi, and in-room safes. Options range from studio to two-bedroom suites.

The Studio King Bed with Sofa features a king bed, a full-sized sofa bed, a small eating area or work desk with two chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is one bathroom with tub/shower combo with limited counter space. The One King Bed studio includes a king bed, a small dining table with two chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is one bathroom with large vanity separate from the toilet and tub/shower. The Junior Suite offers an open floorplan with a king bed in the bedroom area, a queen sofa bed in the living area, a dining table with four chairs and a full kitchen. There is one bathroom with a shower only and limited counter space. The One Bedroom Full suite comes with a king or queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, a dining table with four chairs and a full kitchen. The bathroom has a large vanity and a shower only or tub/shower. The tub/shower option for this room type has been renovated. Accessible rooms are available in this category. The One Bedroom Interior Suite includes a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed sleeper in the living room, a dining table with four chairs and a full kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower only and limited counter space. The One Bedroom Lockout Suite offers a king bed in the bedroom, a queen Murphy bed in the living room, a small table and fully equipped kitchenette in each room. There are two bathrooms with a tub/shower in each. All rooms have been renovated. The One Bedroom Corner suite offers a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, a small table with two chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. There is one bathroom with tub/shower and an extra vanity in the bedroom. The Two-Bedroom Option #1 suite offers one king bed in the master bedroom, one king bed in the second bedroom, one queen sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms with tub/shower combo in each. The Two-Bedroom Option #2 suite offers one king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, one queen sofa bed in the living room and two bathrooms with tub/shower combo in each. There is a full kitchen and a dining table for six.

Located off the Las Vegas Strip, the Carriage House is near attractions such as the Fountains of Bellagio, Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan, and Fremont Street. The Neon Museum is 7.9 miles away (15-minute drive). The Mob Museum is 7.5 miles away (14-minute drive). Harry Reid International Airport is 2.5 miles away.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor heated pool and whirlpool. The fitness center includes a treadmill, recumbent bike, elliptical machine, and barbell set.
