The Bend River Promenade is within a 5-minute walk, and River's Edge Golf Course is also walkable. Redmond Airport is a 15-minute drive away. While the location is convenient for car-based travel, walking to most downtown amenities is not practical - a vehicle is recommended for exploring the full range of dining and entertainment options. The immediate area includes a Costco, WinCo, several fast-food chains, and a wooded path behind the hotel for short walks.

Rooms are updated with modern furnishings, including comfortable beds (though some firmness is noted), large TVs with cable, and private bathrooms with a bath and shower. Each room comes with a microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, ironing facilities, and wardrobe. Standard rooms have two double beds or one king; executive king rooms include a sofa and coffee table. No room has a balcony, kitchen, or adjoining option. The compact layout means no closet - plan to live out of suitcases. Noise from the highway, thin walls, and parking lot can be audible, making rooms facing away from the road a better choice for light sleepers. Ground-floor rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed. Housekeeping service is not automatic - request it if needed.

Breakfast includes cold items such as yogurt, cereal, bagels, pastries, and fruit, along with coffee, tea, and juices. The spread is basic and limited compared to full-service hotels - hot items are not available. The lobby coffee is available only during breakfast hours; in-room coffee makers are provided with refill pods available at the front desk.
