The Bally's & Paris Monorail Station is a 10-minute walk, and McCarran International Airport is within a 10-minute drive. While the location is ideal for exploring the Strip on foot, the main entrance is tucked behind the Bellagio parking garage and can be confusing to find on the first arrival. Access is via a narrow alley, so pedestrians must watch for speeding cars. The underground parking garage has limited signage, and the lobby is not directly connected by elevator from all parking levels-some guests may need to walk through the Cosmopolitan casino to reach their tower.

Suites are genuinely large, with separate bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Bathrooms feature a shower/tub combo and hairdryer, and bedrooms include a walk-in closet with hangers. Air conditioning is effective. Many suites have a view of a solid wall only 2 meters away, making the room dark and oppressive with constant noise from the Bellagio's HVAC system. Rooms with a view of the Strip or Bellagio fountains exist but cannot be guaranteed or upgraded for a fee. The sofa bed may be sagging and uncomfortable. Fixtures and furniture are dated, with some reporting rust, worn carpets, and broken drawers. The property is quiet once inside, though thin walls may allow noise from neighbors.

The property has no restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A Mini-Market at the check-in area sells snacks and drinks. Each suite's full kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, utensils, and coffee supplies, making self-catering practical. Several popular dining spots like Eggslut, Zuma, and PBR Rockbar & Grill are within a 5-minute walk. The absence of on-site dining means guests should plan to cook, order takeout, or eat at nearby restaurants.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and open year-round, with a shallow end, sun loungers, and beach towels. A hot tub/jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room complement the pool area. The fitness centre includes multiple machines and cardio equipment. The pool area is sometimes shaded and can be noisy from the Bellagio's air conditioning units. Guests also have access to the Cosmopolitan's pool area via a private entrance, though this is not always communicated. Table tennis is available free of charge, and a golf course is within 3 km.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas but is frequently reported as very slow, especially for streaming or large uploads. Self-parking is free; valet parking costs US$5 per day.
