Drassanes and Paral*lel metro stations (Lines L3 and L2) are within 300 metres, providing direct routes to the city centre, Sants train station, and the airport (40 minutes by public transport, 20 minutes by taxi). The cruise port is a 10-minute taxi ride or a short walk. The immediate street contains a rehab centre and visible homelessness, with some drug-related activity, which can feel unsafe, particularly after dark. However, the main tourist areas and well-lit streets are reached within minutes. The location is highly walkable for most attractions, and the rooftop terrace offers city and sea views.

All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The private bathrooms include a shower (or bath) and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner). Rooms are compact - storage is limited to a half-height alcove with a few hangers, and there is typically no desk, chair, or bedside table beyond a small shelf. The bed is a double (160 cm wide) with a plastic mattress protector that can feel slippery and noisy. Duplex suites (two-level rooms) have the bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs (or vice versa), with a spiral staircase that may be unsuitable for children or those with mobility concerns. Windows open to the outside but lack screens; road-facing rooms can be noisy. The shower is often positioned against a window with only a net curtain for privacy. The toilet is sometimes in a separate small room without ventilation, while the sink and shower are in the main sleeping area separated by a curtain, causing the room to become humid after showering. Some rooms have been noted to be dark if the window faces an internal lightwell.
