Being on the first floor means fewer stairs compared to many Venetian buildings. Despite the central location, the alley remains quiet at night, away from the main thoroughfare noise.

Rooms are available as doubles, triples (2 beds), or quadruples (3 beds). Each room has a washbasin, heating, and free toiletries. Some rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer; others share a bathroom located on the same landing or floor - this can be less convenient, especially at night.
