The apartment sits on Campo Sant'Angelo, a peaceful square in the very heart of Venice. La Fenice Theatre is 200 metres away, and both St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Two vaporetto docks (water bus stops) are a few minutes away - the Sant'Angelo stop is a 5-minute walk - making it easy to reach Santa Lucia Station (about 35 minutes by public boat, 15 minutes by private water taxi) and Marco Polo Airport (via Alilaguna orange line). The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, shops, and a Despar supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. Despite being so central, the square itself is quiet, offering a calm retreat from the crowds.

Each studio or apartment is air-conditioned and features a dining/living area with an LCD satellite TV, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker). High ceilings and double or triple windows let in plenty of light, and the apartments are described as quiet, spacious, and stylishly decorated with parquet floors and Murano glass touches. Beds are comfortable. Only one apartment has a small balcony facing Campo Sant'Angelo; the rest have large windows. All apartments have a private bathroom (some with smaller showers typical of European properties). Ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a complimentary Prosecco and soft drinks on arrival are standard.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A Despar supermarket is a 2-minute walk away for groceries. The square below hosts several well-regarded restaurants, including the one directly above the apartment, which offers a warm welcome. Within 300 metres you will find Taverna La Fenice, Hostaria Galileo, and Vino Vino, among others.

An airport pick-up/drop-off shuttle service is available at an additional charge - the team can arrange private water taxis (around €130-€140 for two, daytime) or assist with transfers from Marco Polo and Treviso airports.
