Right across from the beach on the quiet Matagorda side of Puerto del Carmen, with buses and taxis at the doorstep.

The apartments sit directly on Avenida de las Playas, with the Atlantic beach and promenade just steps away. The main Puerto del Carmen strip with its bars and nightlife is a 15-20 minute walk to the north, while Matagorda's quieter restaurants, supermarkets and a Spar are within 2-10 minutes on foot. Lanzarote Airport is only 3 km away - a 10-minute taxi ride or 20 minutes by bus (stop right outside). Free public parking is available on site and does not require a reservation. Bicycle and car rental are available a few metres away.

Accommodation

Spacious, self-catering apartments with sea- or courtyard views, private bathrooms and well-equipped kitchens.

Apartments range from one-bedroom units (sleeping 2-4) to two-bedroom apartments with lounge and beach views. Each has a private bathroom with shower, a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and utensils. Select rooms feature a large balcony or terrace with sea views, while some offer a terrace or balcony with an inner courtyard view. The furnishings are basic and the property shows its age, with some reports of worn furniture, hard beds and limited natural light in ground-floor apartments. Rooms facing the road may experience more noise at night. Air conditioning is available in the living room for an extra charge - request a room with a ceiling fan or open windows for airflow. The one-bedroom apartments are tight for twin-bed arrangements. The penthouse (Room 22) has a rooftop terrace and exceptional sea views.

Dining

No restaurant or bar on site, but fully equipped kitchens let you self-cater, and many eateries are within a short walk.

Each apartment comes with a full kitchen (hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, utensils) so self-catering is straightforward. There is no on-site restaurant, bar or breakfast service. A Spar supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and several restaurants, pubs and cafés are within 2-10 minutes on foot - particularly along the Matagorda beachfront. For a wider selection, Puerto del Carmen's main strip is a 15-20 minute stroll or a short bus/taxi ride. With no on-site dining, planning meals in advance is recommended.

“Great sea view, spacious & clean apartment within easy reach of shops, bars & restaurants, nice pool that we could use at the costa mar sister aparthotel, Dean was very friendly & helpful, he waited late to show us to our room after a delay to the flight & explained everything we needed to know, it's a nice short taxi ride from the airport for about €14, the airport bus also stops right outside the apartments, everything considered the apartments are very good value for money & we had a very nice time.”
