The apartments sit on a slight incline above the promenade, so the walk back from the beach involves a short uphill climb. Two Spar supermarkets are directly opposite the entrance, and the area is packed with bars, restaurants and shops-within a two-minute walk downhill. The main bus stop is nearby, offering connections across the island and a low-cost option from the airport (bus to Atlantic Centre, then 10 minutes' walk). Lanzarote Golf Course is a five-minute drive away, and Arrecife Airport is 9 km (around €17 by taxi). The location is rated as the top area in Puerto del Carmen for its convenience and lively atmosphere.

Each apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a separate bedroom with twin beds (or a double in the two-bedroom layout), and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchenette includes a fridge, hob, microwave and electric kettle. Standard apartments have garden views, while sea-view apartments have a terrace overlooking the bay. Rooms are cleaned every two days, with towel changes on those days. Bedroom windows open onto an internal corridor, so keeping them open for ventilation also lets in corridor light and noise. There is no air conditioning, but fans are available for rent. The sofa bed is a hard foam surface with no mattress, so it may not suit everyone.

Breakfast offers a continental buffet with an omelette station, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. Lunch and dinner provide a Mediterranean buffet with salad, pasta, meat and fish dishes. An on-site grill now cooks meats and fish to order, and allergen labels are displayed. The restaurant is open for dinner 18:30-21:00 in winter and 19:00-21:30 in summer. All-inclusive covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and local alcoholic and soft drinks from the bar during opening hours. The bar (10:30-23:00) serves local beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, and machine-mixed cocktails. Snacks like hot dogs and burgers are available poolside in the afternoon. The surrounding street has dozens of restaurants if you want more variety.

The outdoor swimming pool is open year-round (09:00-18:00 winter, 09:00-19:00 summer) and is not heated. The sun terrace is furnished with loungers and umbrellas, but the number of sunbeds is limited: people queue from before 09:00 to secure a spot, and towels left unattended are not removed. A solarium and sun loungers are also available. For leisure, the property has a billiard table and can arrange cycling and golf (at the nearby course). There is no spa or fitness centre. The pool bar serves snacks and drinks from 10:30 until 23:00, and the overall vibe is quiet - there is no daytime or evening entertainment programme.

The 24-hour front desk can arrange car hire, tours and excursions. A lift serves all floors. The bar and restaurant are wheelchair accessible, but the property is on a hill and some outdoor areas have steps. Wi-Fi is available for a fee (€5/24h or €20/week). Safety deposit boxes cost €20/week. There is no airport shuttle, but local buses and taxis are inexpensive. Pets are not allowed. The entire property is non-smoking. Iron and hairdryer are available on request at reception (iron depending on availability). A laundry room with coin-operated machines is also available.
