Barcelona El Prat Airport is 11 km away - reachable by metro or a short taxi ride. The immediate surroundings are dense with small supermarkets, cafés, bars, and restaurants, giving a local feel while keeping all essentials on the doorstep. The neighbourhood is safe at night, and the property sits in a quieter street, offering a calm base after busy days.

All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with streaming services (such as Netflix), a safety deposit box, a wardrobe, and a work desk. Bedrooms vary significantly in size: the Small Double Room is compact at 12 m2, while larger categories (City View, Plaza View, and Plaza View Extra) offer more space and often a balcony or terrace. Private bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms open onto a balcony (available across most categories except Interior Casa). Twin beds are available only in the City View configuration. Road-facing rooms can experience street noise at night; those with inner courtyard views run quieter.
