HOLA HOSTAL EIXAMPLE, Barcelona

Tetuan and Girona metro stations are both five minutes away, giving direct access to the city centre and the beach. The nearby Barcelona Nord Bus Station provides airport buses and international services; the beach is a 30-minute walk or a ten-minute metro ride. Sagrada Familia and Ciutadella Park are within a 15-minute walk, and the Born district - with its shops, bars and restaurants - is ten minutes away. A supermarket is directly across the street, and many cafés and eateries are within a short walk.

Rooms are available as female-only or mixed dorms, with a private triple room with a private bathroom also offered. The in-room lockers are large enough for a cabin suitcase (40x60x90 cm). Some dorms are located on lower-ground floors with limited natural light and no windows that open; these rooms can feel warm and stuffy. The private triple room includes a wardrobe, tiled floor, and a private shower. All rooms come with sheets and a pillowcase; you make your own bed on arrival and strip it at check-out. The property is adults-only (18+), and noise restrictions apply after 23:00.

Free on-site activities include live music or performance, table tennis, and walking tours. Paid extras (often at an additional charge) include bike rental, billiards, evening entertainment, pub crawls, and themed dinner nights. There is no spa or swimming pool.

The hostel has a 24-hour reception and express check-in/check-out. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas, though coverage can be weak in some dormitories. A shared lounge with a TV is provided. Laundry services are available for an extra charge. Luggage storage (paid) lets you explore after check-out. Bicycle rental is offered. Accessibility features include facilities for disabled guests. The property is non-smoking throughout and uses key card access with 24-hour security and CCTV.
