The property is set right in the heart of Whistler Village, close to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Ski lifts are a 10-minute walk away, and the complimentary village shuttle stops across the street. Peak 2 Peak Gondola is 5 km away, Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola 2 km, and Green Lake is an 8-minute drive. Highway 99 runs nearby, providing easy access for summer hiking and biking. The location is quiet enough for rest but within walking distance of all amenities.

Units are individually owned, so condition and furnishings vary: some are recently renovated with modern appliances, while others show wear. Private bathrooms are standard, and many units include a washer/dryer, coffee machine, and gas fireplace. Not all rooms have a balcony; some offer mountain views, while others face the highway or pine trees. Noise from the road and HVAC systems can be an issue in certain rooms - light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. In-room amenities such as a stovetop, dishwasher, and oven are common, making self-catering easy.

The pool is open year-round, typically until 10 pm, surrounded by a landscaped courtyard with lounge chairs. Two shared hot tubs can get busy, especially after ski hours. A shared sauna is located in the changing area. The fitness centre has basic equipment, though some machines may show wear. Pool towels are provided at the front desk. Note that pool temperature can vary - some find it cool even in summer.

Underground parking costs CAD 26-27 per 24 hours and is paid via a third-party app; no reservation needed. There is no airport shuttle. The ski valet offers storage and drying for ski gear. Secure bike storage is available (bring your own lock). In-unit washer/dryers are common, and shared laundry facilities are also present. Pets are not allowed.
