The hostel sits on a central street with easy access to the city's main landmarks on foot. Casa Batlló is 5 minutes away, and both La Pedrera and Las Ramblas are within 10 minutes. Passeig de Gràcia metro and railway station is 250 metres away, providing direct links to the airport (Aerobus stops at Plaça Universitat and Plaça Catalunya, both less than 10 minutes' walk). A 24-hour supermarket is just 50 metres down the street, and numerous restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute radius. The Estació del Nord bus station is 3 km away; a taxi from the airport takes about 30 minutes. No parking is available on-site.

Accommodation options include private twin rooms with a bunk bed and female-only dormitories (4-6 beds). Each bed comes with linen, a towel, a reading light, and a personal charging socket. Lockers are provided in the rooms. The shared bathrooms are located adjacent to the dorms - one per room in the 6-bed dorms - and are cleaned daily. Some rooms face the street and may experience traffic noise; others face an internal patio and receive limited natural light. Air conditioning is available but the units can be noisy; ceiling fans are also provided. Rooms are compact but generally clean, with some variability in maintenance. Heating works well in colder months.

The hostel does not serve a cooked breakfast, but the kitchen is stocked with free coffee and tea throughout the day, and a free pizza night is held on Thursdays (sometimes also Tuesdays). The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, cookware, and utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A vending machine provides drinks. The location offers easy access to a range of restaurants and tapas bars within a 3-minute walk, such as Gaudim Restaurant and BCN Food & Beer. A 24-hour supermarket directly adjacent is convenient for groceries.

WiFi is free and accessible in all areas. Luggage storage is free and can be used before check-in and after check-out, though bags are kept in the reception area without individual locks. Express check-in and check-out are offered, and the tour desk can provide maps and advice. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and electronic key access to rooms.
