The 9th arrondissement location puts guests within a short walk of Opéra Garnier (1 km) and Gare du Nord (18 minutes on foot). Three metro stations (Pigalle, Anvers, and Notre-Dame-de-Lorette) provide rapid access across Paris, and the area is filled with bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The street has a lively, secure atmosphere with evening activity and a Sunday market nearby. Paris Orly Airport is 19 km away; there is no airport shuttle, but the metro offers a direct connection.

All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Family rooms accommodate up to four people with either two double beds or one double plus two singles. Some rooms feature a small balcony or terrace, often with a view of Sacré-Coeur. Storage space is limited to a wardrobe. Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter, while street-facing rooms experience noise from deliveries and passing traffic. The hotel has no air conditioning; fans are available upon request. Some bathrooms are very small with mould concerns in humid conditions, and the shower can cause flooding if not used carefully.

Breakfast is a basic buffet with bread, pastries, jam, and hot drinks, served from around 7:10 AM. The dining area is also the staff break room and can sometimes smell of cigarette smoke. For a wider selection, the street has numerous patisseries-including Arnaud Delmontel, Maison Landemaine, and Rose Bakery-all within 0.5 km. A shared microwave in the lobby allows reheating bought food. There is no in-room mini-bar or fridge.

Leisure options are based on location rather than on-site facilities. Sacré-Coeur and the Montmartre hill are within walking distance, and the Pigalle area provides nightlife and entertainment. The nearest gym or spa is off-property.

The 24-hour reception allows late check-in and assistance at any hour. Luggage storage is free for both check-in and check-out days. Pets are welcome at no extra cost, provided they are quiet and small. The lift is narrow (suitable for one person or one small case) and does not reach the sixth floor-guests on the top floor must use a winding staircase.
