The Imperial Palace is a 10-minute train ride. Haneda Airport is reachable via a 50-minute train ride. The immediate area is quiet yet close to the city centre, with a 7-Eleven at the lobby entrance and dozens of restaurants, including Nihonbashi Grill and La Radice, within a 5-minute walk. The Sakura-lined street in front is especially scenic in spring.

Single and small double rooms measure 10 m² and are best suited for one person or a short stay, as large suitcases can occupy most of the floor. The bathrooms are compact; some units feature a bathtub. Rooms may have carpet that feels stained or worn. Air circulation is limited, and some rooms cannot open the window, leading to stuffiness. Road-facing rooms can be noisy in the evening. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter and allow sleeping until later.
