CHARMING APARTMENT - 1BR-4P - PARC MONCEAU, Paris

The apartment is 3 km from Opéra Garnier and 5 km from the Eiffel Tower; the Musée de l'Orangerie and Espace Champerret are also nearby, and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is 22 km away. Several Métro stations within walking distance make it easy to reach the city centre, and Montmartre is close. The surrounding Batignolles area is a sought-after residential part of Paris with a lively local character, while the quiet street and inner-courtyard position keep the setting calm despite the central location.

The private entrance opens to a bright, airy living room with period features, a seating area, dining table, flat-screen TV, and parquet flooring. The bedroom is separate and comfortable; the bathroom is private and supplied with towels and toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a coffee machine with capsules. The apartment is on the second floor of a building set around a quiet, leafy inner courtyard, and its through layout gives garden views and cross-ventilation that helps during warm weather. It is notably spacious by Paris standards and works well for a family with older children, though some finishes show wear alongside the period charm.

Self-catering is practical thanks to the kitchen facilities, and a nearby supermarket covers groceries. Within 0.3-0.5 km there are also numerous places to eat and drink, including Sterne, Le Maharaja, The Be Bop Bar, Sans Gene, Melt Batignolles, Buena Onda, Les Fils a Maman, and Petit Boutary.

The apartment does not offer a gym, spa, or pool, so the stay is focused on city living rather than on-site recreation. An ice-skating rink is located in the surrounding area for those wanting an activity nearby. The inner courtyard, with its trees and garden views, contributes a calm and green setting.

An invoice can be provided for booking paperwork. The management team gives clear access instructions and responds promptly to requests, making entry and problem-solving straightforward. The layout sleeps up to four people across a separate bedroom and a living-room sofa bed.
