Studios sleep up to 2 with a double bed, kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom (bath or shower). One-bedroom apartments sleep up to 3 with a separate lounge, dining table, and sofa bed. Two-bedroom apartments sleep up to 5, ideal for families, with double and single/twin bedrooms and a sofa bed. Penthouses are newly designed with bright interiors, sweeping London skyline views, open-plan kitchen/lounge, chandelier, and separate workstation. All apartments include a washing machine/dryer, safe, satellite TV, free WiFi (when booked direct), and heating. Apartments are individually designed; some are newly refurbished while others are older, so requesting a renovated unit is recommended. Single-glazed windows can let in street noise, and no air conditioning exists (fans provided). Rooms on upper floors away from the petrol station are quieter.

There is no restaurant, bar, or room service on site. The fully equipped kitchenette in every apartment includes a hob, microwave/oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and all cookware and utensils, allowing complete self-catering. A Sainsbury Local supermarket is next door for groceries. Within a 5-10 minute walk, King's Road and the area around South Kensington station offer many cafés, restaurants, and takeaways, including Argentinian, Japanese, and Italian cuisine. Breakfast is not served on site.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, or wellness centre. For leisure, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are within a 15-minute walk, and the nearby museums (V&A, Natural History, Science Museum) are world-class.
