CH BUENO, Madrid

Gran Vía station is 100 m away and serves metro lines 1 and 5, with line 10 about 5 minutes on foot. Chueca is a 2-minute walk, Puerta del Sol is 6 minutes away, Plaza Mayor 10 minutes, and the Paseo del Prado 10 minutes. The entrance sits on a lively pedestrian street near a Body Shop store, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants; a 24-hour supermarket is within walking distance. Because vehicles cannot reach the door, foot and metro are the most practical ways to get around.

Rooms are renovated and modern within an older building. Windows are present in every room, but some face an inner patio rather than the street, which reduces natural light and fresh air; these rooms tend to be quieter. Room sizes vary, and the triple layout with one double and one single bed is compact. Storage is limited in some rooms, with open hanging space and hooks rather than full wardrobes. Beds are generally comfortable, with firm mattresses in several rooms. Bathrooms include free toiletries and a hairdryer; several have a bathtub, and some have a heated floor. Shower water pressure is strong and hot. Sound insulation varies, so some rooms are very quiet while others pick up noise from neighbouring rooms and plumbing.

The property does not operate a restaurant, so meals are arranged off-site. Each room has an electric kettle and a mini fridge, useful for making hot drinks and keeping snacks cool. The surrounding pedestrian streets offer a wide choice of places to eat, including a 24-hour pizzeria about 50 m away, a bakery within an easy stroll, and several restaurants and cafés within 0.3-0.5 km.

Internet access is free throughout. Luggage can be left before check-in and after checkout at no charge, and a toilet with shower is available while waiting for a later flight. Early arrival can be handled with immediate room access if the room is ready; otherwise bags can be stored. Express check-in/out, a tour desk, fax/photocopying and invoice services are also available, with CCTV in common areas and smoke alarms and fire extinguishers throughout. Self check-in uses card access, and the team is reachable by WhatsApp for arrival coordination. Accepted payment methods are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Red 6000 and UnionPay. No parking is available and there is no airport shuttle.
