The hotel sits on Rue des Ecoles in the heart of the Latin Quarter, just a 5-minute walk from the Sorbonne and 500 metres from Notre Dame. Several metro stops (including Maubert-Mutualité) are within a 2-minute walk, and the area is packed with restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. The Louvre can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, and the Eiffel Tower is 35 minutes by metro. Direct train connections (RER B then RER A) lead to Disneyland Paris. A paid airport shuttle is available, and CDG airport is a 1-hour drive away.

Rooms vary in size: some are compact and suited for one, while others are more spacious and well-equipped for couples or families. All rooms have air conditioning, a minibar, and a private bathroom with shower (some with baths). Double rooms may feature a single bed setup; twin/double rooms are available. Family rooms can sleep up to 4 guests, and Nespresso coffee machines are found in triple and quadruple rooms; other rooms have a kettle. Corner rooms with wrap-around balconies offer views of Notre Dame. Road-facing rooms can be noisy-interior or garden-facing rooms are quieter. Rooms on floors 1-5 are accessible by lift, but the lift is very small and only holds one person with luggage.
