CIRCULAR HOUSE, Singapore

The property is centrally located on a lively street lined with restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Key attractions such as Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sands are within a 2-kilometre walk, and the nearest MRT stations provide direct connections to the airport and the rest of the city. The neighbourhood offers a wide variety of dining options, from hawker centres to seafood restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk. Public transport is the primary way to get around, as no on-site parking is available.

Pods are enclosed with four walls and a lockable door, providing a degree of privacy within shared dormitories. Each pod is equipped with towels, a personal light, and a free locker. Queen and King pod sizes are available; the King pod is recommended for taller guests or those wanting more space. The Private Queen Bed Room has a shared bathroom, while the Family Suite and the Private Room with 3 Queen Beds include a private bathroom with a sitting area. Air conditioning is provided, but pods can become warm overnight. Rooms are generally compact, and common areas show signs of wear; carpeted hallways and shared bathrooms are cleaned with water, which can leave floors wet. Some rooms lack natural light and ventilation.

The breakfast offering is intentionally simple - white or wholemeal toast with butter, margarine, and jam, plus instant coffee, tea, and a coffee pod machine. There is no hot food or cereal. The breakfast area has limited seating; guests may need to eat standing or take turns. For a wider meal selection, the surrounding street offers dozens of restaurants, cafes, and hawker stalls within a 2-minute walk, including Dopa Dopa Creamery, JUMBO Seafood Gallery, and Tian Tian Fisherman's Pier. Dinner on-site is not available, but vending machines with drinks are accessible 24/7.

The shared lounge on the third floor is furnished with sofas and chairs and includes a small pantry area. A TV is available for guest use. There is no gym, pool, spa, or fitness area. The designated smoking area is located on the terrace. For leisure, the central location puts many of Singapore's attractions, parks, and entertainment options within walking distance or a short MRT ride.
