Radzone Hostel is on a lively street filled with bars, clubs, and restaurants, directly above several nightlife venues. The Singapore City Gallery is a 13-minute walk away, Marina Bay Sands is around 20 minutes on foot, and Merlion Park is about 15 minutes away. Raffles Place MRT station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct access to Changi Airport via a single transfer at Tanah Merah. The area is packed with dining options - Braci, Aroydee Thai Kitchen, and Yong Bak Kut Teh are all within a 5-minute walk. A 7-Eleven convenience store is across the street. The hostel's clubbing strip location means very loud music and street noise until the early hours (often 4-6 AM), making it a poor choice for light sleepers unless using earplugs or selecting a bed away from windows.

Rooms are dormitory-style with beds separated by partitions and curtains for some privacy, but no solid doors. Each bed comes with an in-room safe, reading light, and hangers. The dorm is air-conditioned (often described as powerful/cool) and soundproofed relative to internal noise, but street-facing cubicles pick up heavy music and bass from the bars below until 6 AM. Some dorm units have no window, which can lead to a stuffy or moldy smell. Luggage fits under the bed, but designated lockers are not available (use the in-room safe for valuables). Showers and toilets - 3 of each per floor for around 15 people - are co-ed and located outside the dorm. Some floors have no dedicated changing area; guests dress in their cubicle or inside the shower. The private double room is a standard single queen bed with the same shared facilities.

The hostel does not offer breakfast, a restaurant, or a bar. Guests have unlimited access to hot and cold water, tea bags, instant coffee, and an espresso machine in the common lounge. A microwave, kettle, and refrigerator are available to store and reheat your own food. The immediate surroundings offer dozens of dining options - from Thai (Aroydee) and seafood (Forum Seafood) to local bak kut teh and hot pot - all within a 3-minute walk.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel and is described as fast. Luggage storage is free before check-in (from 9 AM) and after checkout (until the end of the day). The lounge has a microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board. An in-room safe is provided for valuables. Additional amenities include air-conditioning and soundproofing. There is no parking on-site. Pets are not allowed. Security is handled by 24-hour CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and a safe deposit box at reception. Housekeeping cleans shared bathrooms each morning but may enter dorm areas early (before 8 AM) to service rooms.
