The hostel sits on a quiet street yet is incredibly well-connected. Three metro stations (Bendemeer, Lavender, Farrer Park, and Jalan Besar) are all 7-15 minutes on foot, giving direct access to Orchard Road (15 min by metro), Marina Bay, and the rest of Singapore. Changi Airport is 14 km away-about a 20-minute taxi ride or 45 minutes by public transport-and an airport shuttle bus stops at Arton Hotel next door. The neighbourhood is packed with 24-hour food stalls and cafes (Chye Seng Huat Hardware, Creamery Boutique Ice Creams, and many more within 300 m). Bus stops are immediately nearby, and Mustafa Centre (600 m) offers round-the-clock shopping.

Each bed is a spacious capsule with a privacy curtain, two pillows, thick blanket, soundproofing, air conditioning, and an international power socket. Rooms have tile/marble flooring and are kept dark at night for good sleep. First-floor rooms have no windows, but overall the dorm is quiet and comfortable. Shared bathrooms are cleaned regularly and include three showers on the second floor; towels and hairdryers are provided. Personal lockers (50x40x90 cm) fit a large backpack. There are no private bathrooms, no elevator (two levels), and no balconies. The mix of cleanliness, bed comfort, and quiet atmosphere makes this a practical choice for solo travellers and backpackers.

The complimentary breakfast includes toast, butter, jam, peanut butter, apples, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, and fruits. It is served in the spacious common lounge, which also offers complementary coffee and tea throughout the day. For other meals, the surrounding streets are filled with eateries (Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, ice cream, cafes) all within a 2-minute walk, and many are open 24 hours. The shared kitchen (with refrigerator) is available for guests who prefer to prepare their own food.

The hostel provides fast, free WiFi throughout, a shared lounge/TV area, and a vending machine for drinks. Reception services include concierge, tour desk, and express check-in/out.
