Rue Cler is a lively, traffic-free market street lined with bakeries, produce stalls, butchers, fishmongers, cafés, and restaurants, offering a distinctly local Parisian atmosphere. La Tour Maubourg Metro station is a 5-minute walk away, providing direct service to Opéra Garnier and Place de la Concorde. École Militaire Metro station is also within an easy walk, connecting to many major attractions. The Esplanade des Invalides is just 500 m from the hotel, and the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars are a 12-minute stroll. The neighbourhood is safe and well served by shops, including a supermarket and fruit market steps from the hotel entrance. Most central Paris sights - the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Musée d'Orsay, Rodin Museum - are walkable or a short metro ride away. Uber pick-up is available directly outside the hotel.

Rooms are compact but functional. Double rooms measure 14 m2; the Double Room with Eiffel Tower View (14 m2) features a queen-size bed and rain shower, and is available on higher floors. Twin rooms have street views only, while double rooms offer garden or street views. Triple rooms contain one double and one single bed. All rooms include a safety deposit box, electric kettle, parquet flooring, and a wardrobe. Some rooms have a dressing area. The lift is small - fitting one person with a suitcase - which can slow access to the 6th floor. Guests noting room noise from the street front should consider requesting an interior-facing room. The air conditioning is described as effective, and the bedding is noted as comfortable by repeat visitors. Rooms are cleaned daily during stays.

The breakfast buffet currently includes continental, American, and buffet-style options, with breads, pastries, fresh fruit, hot drinks, and some hot items such as eggs and meat pastries.
