The hotel sits in a quiet residential area near the Seine. Bir-Hakeim metro station (line 6) is a 6-minute walk, providing direct access to the city centre and connections to Charles de Gaulle airport via RER B. The Batobus stop and several bus lines are also close. Within 15 minutes on foot you reach the Eiffel Tower, and the Beaugrenelle shopping centre with supermarkets and restaurants is a few blocks away. Paris Expo Porte de Versailles is 2 km, Parc des Princes 2 km. Orly Airport is 15 km away. The area is safe and walkable, with good street-level access.

All rooms include air conditioning, soundproof walls, a private bathroom with rainfall shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Family configurations use space-efficient designs: the Yooma for 5 has one double bed and three singles; the for 6 has a double bed and two bunk beds; quadruple rooms have a double/twin bed and two privacy pods by Ora Ito. Some rooms offer views of the Seine but none face the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are compact, especially when fully occupied; storage is integrated but limited. There is no mini-fridge or kettle. For light sleepers, road-facing rooms may experience some street noise despite soundproofing.

Breakfast is a buffet with continental items, full English/Irish, vegetarian, and American options, including croissants, pain au chocolat, yoghurt, ham, cheese, and hot dishes. Adults pay €10, children aged 3-13 pay €8. The restaurant is open daily 07:00-22:00 and also offers a bar menu with pizzas and snacks. A coffee shop and snack bar are on site.
