The hotel is located in north-west Paris, 50 metres from Porte de Clichy station. Metro line 14 connects to the city centre in 10 minutes, Saint-Lazare in 5 stops, and Orly Airport in 30 minutes. RER C provides direct service to the Eiffel Tower and Versailles. Walking to the Moulin Rouge takes about 25 minutes; the Champs-Élysées is a 15-minute Metro ride. The immediate area has a supermarket, fast-food chains, bakeries, and several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The building is on a busy junction, so traffic noise including tram bells and police sirens is audible - rooms facing the street are less suitable for light sleepers.

Rooms are soundproofed and carpeted, with flat-screen satellite TV, safety deposit box, electric kettle, tea/coffee facilities, and a hairdryer. Bed types include double and twin configurations; some rooms can be connected for families. Standard rooms have been renovated and share the same size as the older twin rooms. Comfort Double rooms include a free minibar and Nespresso machine. Air conditioning is operational only in spring and summer - in cooler months, rooms rely on heating.
