Several shopping destinations including Ron Jon Surf Shop and a Publix grocery store are within a short walk or drive. The immediate area also features numerous restaurants such as Cocoa Beach Fish Camp Grill (next to the lobby), Ale House, Pelican's Bar & Grill, and more, with a 10% discount at select locations when presenting a key card.

Each colourful, wood-furnished room includes a cable TV, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee machine, work desk, air conditioning, and heating. The Beach Tower offers oceanfront and ocean-view rooms with private balconies - these are the best choice for guaranteed sea views and direct beach access. Family suites in the Family Suites building provide separate living areas with sofa beds, kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators, and microwaves; some Courtyard Efficiency rooms include stovetops and ovens. Courtyard rooms lack balconies, have lower floor access, and some are pet-friendly with ground-floor grass access. A private bathroom with tub/shower combination, hairdryer, and basic toiletries is standard. Some rooms have connecting doors, suitable for families. Bedrooms typically feature two queen beds or one king bed; rollaway beds are available for $10 per night.
