The property is located just off Highway 192, placing it a 15-20 minute drive from Magic Kingdom and Epcot, and within 36 minutes of most Orlando attractions. Animal Kingdom is only about 2 km away, making it a prime base for Disney-focused holidays. Numerous dining options-including Villaggio Restaurant, Burger King, Wendy's, Cracker Barrel, Red Lobster, Golden Corral, TGI Fridays, and Wildside Texas BBQ-are within a 0.5-1 km radius. A Walmart and Publix grocery store are also nearby. For airport connections, Orlando International Airport is about 33 km away, roughly a 30-minute drive by car or rideshare. The resort provides free on-site parking (no reservation needed) and a gated entrance with 24-hour security, though no shuttle to the parks is offered - rideshares are the recommended option.

Units range from one-bedroom suites with a king bed and pullout couch to two-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and four beds. All apartments are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer, free toiletries, microwave, and a wardrobe. Most units feature a private balcony, a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, and in-unit washer/dryer - plus the property's onsite laundry room as a backup. The newer five-story elevator buildings offer more modern furnishings, while older walk-up blocks contain dated furniture, worn carpets, and have thinner walls that amplify noise. Some park-view and pool-view units are available; odd-numbered rooms tend to overlook the pool/woods rather than the parking lot. A safety deposit box is provided in all units. Earlier check-in can be requested but is not guaranteed; those arriving before 16:00 can use free luggage storage.

The Cabana Bar alongside the main pool offers a full menu of lunch and dinner items, alongside a range of exotic drinks, beer, and cocktails. The poolside grill provides reasonably priced food, including burgers and sandwiches. In the lobby, a convenience market stocks essential groceries, toiletries, and also prepares hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches, as well as ice cream. For those preferring to cook, the full kitchen in each apartment comes fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and dishes. The main pool is heated, large, and open year-round, with four swim lanes, a shallow end for children, a separate kids' pool, and a dedicated Zen pool for relaxation. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided. Adjacent hot tubs and a Cabana bar round out the pool area. The fitness centre is free and well-equipped with weights and machines. Wellness facilities include a complimentary sauna and a free-to-use hot tub/Jacuzzi. Land-based sports: two free tennis courts (with free equipment), a basketball court, pickleball, shuffleboard, and a putting green. For indoor fun, the game room features video games, billiards, and table tennis, plus free movie nights in the on-site theatre. Other free activities: scheduled evening entertainment, a children's playground, and a golf course (within 3 km) for a small fee.

The 24-hour front desk offers efficient check-in/check-out and can arrange luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. On-site parking is free and does not require a reservation.
