The hotel sits in a multicultural area with direct underground connections from Main Station to the Neue Messe Exhibition Centre and direct trains to Munich Airport. The Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest site) is 10 minutes away on foot. The immediate street has strip clubs and sport betting bars, and at night the area feels less safe, with some noise from passers-by. A public parking garage is nearby for €24 per day.

Room sizes vary considerably; the Quiet Double Room offers a queen bed and an open-plan bathroom with separate toilet, while standard double rooms are compact and the sink is located in the bedroom itself. The bathroom design uses a single sliding door to cover either the toilet or the shower, and some rooms have a window from the shower overlooking the bedroom. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from street activity, while top-floor and courtyard-facing rooms offer more quiet. Blockout curtains are provided, but some rooms overlook school buildings or scaffolding. Air conditioning is available.

The breakfast offers a range of breads, pastries, fruits, yoghurt, and hot drinks. It is served in a dedicated breakfast room. For other meals, there is a bar and snack bar on site, and many ethnic restaurants (Indian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Italian) are within a 5-minute walk. The lobby provides free water, tea, and coffee throughout the day.

Cycling is a convenient way to explore central Munich, and the hotel rents bicycles for an additional charge. The area around the Main Station also offers direct train access to the city's parks and the Oktoberfest grounds.

A night check-in terminal is available after reception closes at 22:30. Daily housekeeping is not automatic and must be requested at reception. The lift serves up to the 5th floor; some rooms on the 6th floor require climbing one flight of stairs. Pets are allowed with possible charges. Pet bowls are provided.
