COLOSSEUM SUITE, Rome

The apartment is in the Monti district on a quiet, dead-end street, which keeps noise low at night despite nearby restaurants. Restaurants, cafés, and minimarkets are within a 0.5 km walk on Via Cavour. The self check-in box and ground-floor position with just three steps makes arrival easy for most travellers.

Both units are air-conditioned with soundproof rooms, flat-screen TVs with streaming services, and a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. The two-bedroom apartment has two double beds and an iron, while the studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. The studio includes a terrace with city views and a shared patio with a private table and chairs.

Breakfast is not served on-site, but a café right next door is a convenient option for morning coffee and pastries. A minimarket on the same street provides basic groceries for preparing meals in the kitchenette. Several restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, offering a range of local and international options.

The host provides luggage storage starting from 10:30 AM, useful for early arrivals or late departures. The paid airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional fee, and the Leonardo Express train from Termini is a suitable transport alternative for Fiumicino Airport. Private check-in/out and an optional meeting the next day for late arrivals are available. Pets are allowed on request with a possible €30 disinfection charge.
