The location is across the street from the Colosseum and within walking distance of the Domus Aurea (3 minutes), Roman Forum, and other central landmarks. Colosseo Metro Station (line B) is reachable in 5 minutes on foot, providing direct connections to Termini Station and other areas. The surrounding area is lively and safe, with numerous restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and a tram stop. The Pantheon is about a 30-minute walk away. No parking is available on-site, but two private garages operate within 150 metres at a nightly cost of €30-€35 depending on vehicle size.

Rooms feature parquet flooring, a dressing area, and toiletries. Some rooms offer side views of the Colosseum and Ludus Magnus; a limited number include a balcony or a terrace (confirm availability when booking). The triple room has a double bed and a single bed. Triple or family rooms with a bunk bed are also available for families. Rooms are compact and minimally furnished; some are described as clean and comfortable, while a few have been noted as small. A kettle and iron are available on request, and a fridge is provided. The property has no lift and rooms are accessed via steep stairs. For light sleepers, noise from a nearby nightclub (especially in street-facing rooms) can be intrusive - a room on the second floor or away from the street may be quieter.

There is no on-site restaurant. Breakfast is offered as an optional paid service (€8 per person per day). The immediate area is dense with dining options - within 0.5 km you will find restaurants such as Ristorante Aroma, Pasqualino al Colosseo, Trattoria Pizzeria Luzzi, and several wine bars and cafes. A minimarket is also on site, and a supermarket is nearby, making it easy to pick up snacks and drinks.

Wi-Fi access is free in all rooms. The 24-hour reception allows for late arrivals and early departures. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before check-in or after check-out. The airport shuttle service costs €60 for up to 4 people from Fiumicino (one-way, with a sign at arrivals) and €50 for the return trip. Pets are allowed on request, with possible charges.
