Fenwick Inn offers guest rooms and suites with complimentary WiFi and in-room refrigerators. The Pet-Friendly King Room includes a King bed, sleep sofa, flat screen television, and mini refrigerator. The Deluxe King room features a king bed, full sleeper sofa, flat screen television, and mini refrigerator. The Pet-friendly Queen Room includes two queen beds, a flat screen television, and a mini refrigerator. The Deluxe Queen room features two queen beds, a flat screen television, and a mini refrigerator; ADA Accessible rooms are available. The Premium View Queen room includes two queen beds, a flat screen television, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The Premium View King room features a king bed with sleep sofa, flat screen television, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, and is located on the higher levels. The Studio Suite has a king bed, twin size sleeper sofa, bathroom, breakfast bar and stools, microwave, refrigerator, and in-room Keurig machine; bath robes and two complimentary bottles of water are provided. The Pet-Friendly Studio Suite provides a king bed, twin size sleeper sofa, bathroom, island-inspired artwork, bath robes and stools, microwave, refrigerator, in-room Keurig machine, two complimentary bottles of water, and a dog treat. The two-room Suite includes a master bedroom with king bed and master bath, a living area with twin size sleeper sofa, a second bathroom, a large kitchen with bar, bath robes, and two complimentary bottles of water; a microwave and refrigerator are provided. All rooms feature climate control, a flat-screen television with premium cable, an alarm clock, and a telephone. Black-Out Window Drapes are installed in all guest rooms. ADA accessible rooms include doorways and hallways that are ADA accessible, Doorway peep holes in the center of the door, a low closet rack, railing on the wall and both sides of the toilet, a removable shower seat, a Drop Down Shower Head, and a bathroom vanity that is wheelchair accessible.

The hotel is near North Surf Park, Viking Amusements and Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, and Fenwick Island Lighthouse.
