The immediate area includes numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and shops, and is generally busy with tourists and well-lit. The street side is quieter than the station front, offering a calmer atmosphere for a city-centre location.

Room types include single, double/twin, triple, and quadruple, with private bathrooms featuring a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. All rooms have parquet floors, heating, and a work desk. The economy double room is compact and best for short stays or those spending most time out. Standard rooms are described as spacious enough for comfort, with large windows letting in good light, and some rooms have a balcony (subject to availability).
