The Metropol Parasol is a 10-minute walk, the Bellas Artes Museum is 10 minutes, and the bullring is just over 1 km. Plaza de Armas bus station (15-minute walk) is the drop-off point for the airport shuttle; from there, follow Alfonso XII to Plaza del Duque, then turn left onto Amor de Dios. Taxis from the airport cost about €25-30. The nearest RENFE station is Santa Justa, about a 20-minute walk. The area is fully walkable for sightseeing, though drivers should note the narrow, one-way streets around the hotel.

Room categories range from compact Smart singles to spacious Family Rooms (1 double, 2 singles, and a sofa) and Suites with a separate living area. Courtyard-view rooms look onto the Andalusian patio and tend to be quieter; balcony rooms face the street and may pick up late-night noise from nearby bars. Family rooms and some suites offer a private terrace. Bathrooms are modern but the shower controls can be unintuitive - reception provides a guide. Rooms are generally clean, with good storage for city breaks, though some standard doubles are on the smaller side. A safety deposit box, tea/coffee facilities, and ironing equipment are available. Lift access is provided via two elevators.
