MUSIC ROAD RESORT HOTEL AND INN, Pigeon Forge

The resort is 48 km from McGhee Tyson Airport. Dollywood is 7 km away and Titanic Museum is 1 km. A trolley stop is located right out front, running every 30 minutes for easy access to the parkway and area attractions without a car. Restaurants like Sunliner Diner and Cracker Barrel are within a 5-minute walk. The property is tucked away from the busy main road, offering a quieter setting while still being central to Comedy Barn, The Island, and dinner shows. Parking is free and includes overflow spaces for trailers behind the convention center.

The breakfast buffet typically includes scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, make-your-own waffles, steel-cut oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, cereal, bagels, cinnamon rolls, and a selection of juices and coffee. When breakfast is not available, discounted vouchers for Sunliner Diner (next door) are offered at check-in. The property does not have a restaurant or bar on site, but a snack bar and vending machines are available. Many dining options are within walking distance, including Cracker Barrel and a variety of international cuisine choices along the parkway.

The indoor pools are heated and open year-round, 24 hours a day. The outdoor water parks open seasonally when temperatures reach 21 °C for two weeks, typically from mid-May. The water parks feature a water slide, lazy river, and kiddie pool, plus sun loungers and umbrellas. Tube floats are provided for the lazy river. A hot tub is available at both the Hotel and Inn indoor pool areas. The fitness center has treadmills and exercise bikes. Game rooms offer a pool table and arcade games. No on-site spa facilities are available, but in-room massage arrangements can be made.

Parking is free and reservation is not needed; overflow parking and trailer parking are available behind the convention center. The property has elevators in both the Hotel (7 stories) and the Inn (5 stories). Handicap-accessible rooms with roll-in showers are available but must be booked directly with the resort. A 24-hour front desk can assist with late check-ins. Daily housekeeping provides fresh towels and trash removal; full servicing may vary. A second-floor luggage storage and safety deposit boxes at the front desk are available. Laundry and dry cleaning are offered for an additional charge.
