The resort is 30 mi from McGhee Tyson Airport. Dollywood is 4.5 mi away and Titanic Museum is 0.7 mi. A trolley stop is located right out front, running every 30 minutes for easy access to the parkway and area attractions without a car. Restaurants like Sunliner Diner and Cracker Barrel are within a 5-minute walk. The property is tucked away from the busy main road, offering a quieter setting while still being central to Comedy Barn, The Island, and dinner shows. Parking is free and includes overflow spaces for trailers behind the convention center.

Standard rooms feature queen or king beds, mini-fridge, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and handmade wood furniture. Suites add a sofa bed, separate living area, and upgraded amenities. The Honeymoon Suite has a wet bar and can arrange champagne, roses, and in-room massages with 72-hour notice.
