COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT SAN DIEGO MIRAMAR, San Diego

Rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer, tea and coffee maker, a work desk, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Room types include double rooms with 1 or 2 beds, quadruple rooms, and suites. Suites feature a separate seating area and sofa bed. The property has been renovated; rooms are described as spacious, clean, and minimalist in design with comfortable beds. Some rooms have wall AC/heating units, which are more efficient than window units. There are no rooms with a balcony. Road-facing rooms may experience some noise; higher floors away from the elevator are quieter options. Some mattresses are aged, but overall comfort is rated highly.

The on-site restaurant, Bistro, offers American cuisine for dinner in a family-friendly ambiance. Breakfast is a la carte and not a buffet, available for an additional $15 per person. It is served from 06:00-10:00 on weekends and 06:00-09:00 on weekdays, with dinner service from 17:00-22:00 daily. The restaurant also has a bar with a lounge area. For quick bites, a market (CRATE) offers grab-and-go options, drinks, and snacks. Coffee from Starbucks is available nearby. While food quality is generally good, wait times for takeaway can be long.

The outdoor swimming pool is heated and open all year, with sun loungers, beach towels, and pool towels provided. The hot tub/jacuzzi is also available. The fitness centre is free to use. The pool area is noted as a pleasant spot, and the gym is described as nice. There is no spa on site.
