The Cove Inn sits on a working marina with direct views over the bay and boats. The Gulf of Mexico beaches are about 1 km (8 blocks) west, easily reached on foot. Downtown Naples, 5th Avenue, 3rd Street, and Tin City are within a 15- to 20-minute walk. Naples Municipal Airport is 6 km away, and Southwest Florida International Airport is a 45-minute drive. Free bicycle rental makes exploring the area easy, and the main shopping and dining districts are also walkable. Several restaurants and cafés, including popular local spots, are within a few minutes' walk.

The property offers a range of room types, from standard hotel rooms with basic decor to upgraded Premium and Efficiency units with kitchenettes (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware). Some rooms have private balconies overlooking the marina or pool. Room furnishings vary because each unit is individually owned.
