NAPLES PARK CENTRAL HOTEL, Naples

The hotel is situated at the corner of two busy avenues, within easy walking distance of 5th Avenue's shops and restaurants (10-15 minutes) and Naples Beach (15 minutes). Tin City's waterfront shops and dining, as well as Port O Call Marina, are less than a 10-minute walk. Free covered private parking makes a car convenient, but the downtown core, Baker Park, and numerous restaurants are all reachable on foot. The busy road location means rooms facing US 41 can experience traffic noise, so light sleepers should request a room on the quieter east side.

The breakfast is a self-serve, grab-and-go style with packaged items such as granola bars, pop-tarts, and oatmeal. There is no sit-down breakfast room; guests typically eat on the sun terrace or take items back to their rooms. The hotel does not have a restaurant. For a fuller meal or hot breakfast options, several cafés, bakeries, and restaurants - including Starbucks, Empire Bagel Factory, and Valento's Pizza And Hoagies - are within a 5-minute walk on 5th Avenue. Vending machines on site provide snacks and drinks throughout the day.

The heated outdoor swimming pool is open all year and is located to the side of the building, next to a busy road but separated by a wall. Pool and beach towels are provided free of charge, and a few beach chairs and umbrellas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, though compact. The roof deck includes a pickleball court and additional seating. There is no on-site spa, gym, or wellness centre.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Parking is free and private, with covered spaces and accessible parking; no reservation is required. The property has a lift, wheelchair-accessible rooms, and facilities for disabled guests, including lowered bathroom sinks, raised toilets, grab rails, and tactile/braille signage. Services include a 24-hour front desk (staffed until 23:00, emergency phone overnight), concierge service, daily housekeeping, and coin-operated laundry. Safety features include 24-hour security, key card access, CCTV in common areas and outside, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Safety deposit boxes are available for a fee. Airport shuttle is not available.
