The hotel is situated at the corner of two busy avenues, within easy walking distance of 5th Avenue's shops and restaurants (10-15 minutes) and Naples Beach (15 minutes). Tin City's waterfront shops and dining, as well as Port O Call Marina, are less than a 10-minute walk. Free covered private parking makes a car convenient, but the downtown core, Baker Park, and numerous restaurants are all reachable on foot. The busy road location means rooms facing US 41 can experience traffic noise, so light sleepers should request a room on the quieter east side.

Accommodation options include Queen Suites and spacious King Suites (the latter includes a sofa bed for a third person). All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and an alarm clock. The rooms are large and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. Noise from the busy road can be a factor, particularly in rooms on the west side; the east side offers a quieter environment. Single-pane windows mean traffic sound may be noticeable. A limited number of rooms open onto an upper deck, but the hotel does not have traditional balconies. Connecting rooms (a king room with a double-bed room) are available and charged separately. The roof deck includes a pickleball court and additional seating. There is no on-site spa, gym, or wellness centre.
