CSE Casa Catedral is on the same block as the Cathedral and a minute from the Alcázar entrance, placing all major landmarks within walking distance. Plaza de España is a 20-minute walk away, and La Maestranza Bullring is 10 minutes on foot. Santa Justa train station is a 27-minute walk or a short ride on bus 21. The EA airport shuttle stops nearby, and the airport is a 20-minute drive. Multiple tapas bars and restaurants are concentrated within a 0.3-0.5 km radius. For drivers, Parking Roma is three minutes away. The central location means horse carriages and street noise can be audible, especially in ground-floor rooms.

The guesthouse has 12 rooms across three floors, accessible by lift. Rooms are decorated in cream tones and include a desk, wardrobe, and private bathroom with free toiletries and hairdryer.
