The resort sits at 300 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, on the area's only traffic-free beach. The Daytona Beach Boardwalk with its rides (roller coaster, ferris wheel) is immediately adjacent. The Ocean Center is 350 m away, Daytona International Speedway is 8 km, and the airport is 9 km. Restaurants like Sloppy Joe's (0.5 km) and Napoli Pizza (0.5 km), as well as fast-food options, are across the street. The beach is accessible directly from the pool deck. At high tide, the beach narrows significantly; low tide offers more space. The location is walkable, but a car is useful for exploring the wider Daytona Beach area.

Units range from 1-bedroom suites (approx. 56 m²) to 3-bedroom layouts sleeping up to 8. All have flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Many oceanfront units include a balcony and panoramic ocean views; some interior units have no window other than a hallway-facing one. Private owners versus Wyndham-managed units show major differences in upkeep-reports of stained furniture, broken appliances, and cleanliness issues exist alongside comments of modern, clean rooms. The bed sizes vary (king, queen, double) and are sometimes misrepresented in listings. Units with washer/dryer are practical for longer stays. The building design means all units have at least a partial ocean view.

Sunrise Bistro serves American breakfast and lunch daily. The poolside bar (Bucketlist) offers drinks and food, though its kitchen hours can be limited, especially during bad weather. A snack bar and coffee shop are also on the property. For other meals, guests often walk across Atlantic Avenue to a variety of fast-food and sit-down restaurants-Dunkin', Domino's, Jimmy John's, Sloppy Joe's, and pizza places are all within 0.5 km. The full kitchen in each unit is well used for self-catering.

The outdoor pool complex is the centerpiece: a lazy river, a water slide (68.0 kg weight limit), a children's wading pool (ages 2-5), and an adult hot tub. There are also two indoor pools for year-round swimming. Pool towels are provided. Sun loungers are available but can be scarce by mid-morning; some guests report reserving chairs before 7am. The fitness centre has basic machines and is clean. The game room has billiards and mini-golf. Evening family activities and live music (DJ, steel drum, singer) are common on weekends. The beach is immediately beyond the pool deck.

Wi-Fi is free in public areas; in-room internet may have limited speed (under 2 Mbps) and a cap of 2 connected devices; a paid premium option is available but has been reported as unreliable. Parking is free for one car per unit, reservation required. A second vehicle must use paid parking across the street (approx. $30-45 per night). No airport shuttle is offered. The 24-hour front desk can assist with requests, but response times vary. Luggage carts are available, though they may be reserved for property owners during busy times. Laundry facilities include in-unit washer/dryer in many condos. 24-hour security is present on property.
