The airport shuttle bus for Malpensa stops directly in front, and the coach station is adjacent - making this ideal for rail-based exploration of northern Italy or early-morning flights. The surrounding area is busy with 24-hour activity and offers numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and a large food court across the street. The historic centre is 3 km away, easily reached by metro or a 25-minute walk.

Rooms are compact to medium-sized, with a clean, newly refurbished interior featuring a bright, modern aesthetic. Each has a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, safe, and wardrobe. The private bathrooms include a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms have a fridge. Soundproof windows help reduce street noise, but internal soundproofing is limited, so rooms facing the hallway may be less suitable for light sleepers. A few rooms overlook the courtyard for a quieter stay. No rooms have a balcony. The bed is a single or double, with a sofa bed option in some triple layouts.

The paid breakfast is a basic continental buffet with bread, pastries, and hot drinks served on a different floor. For a fuller meal or varied cuisine, the surrounding area has numerous restaurants, a food court attached to the station, and specifically Kebab Amir, Queen Bar, Ristorante Jin, and Ristorante Friends all within 0.5 km.
