The hotel is a 1-2 minute walk from the right-side entrance of Milano Centrale station, placing the metro, trains, and local buses within steps. The Malpensa Airport shuttle stops directly outside. Milan Linate Airport is 9 km away by taxi (approximately €45). The area has several restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk, and the Mercato Centrale food court is around the corner. The Duomo is about a 10-minute metro ride away. Although the immediate area sees police patrols and can feel busy at night, it offers efficient access for transit-oriented stays.

Rooms are described as spacious, clean, and modern, offering a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a safe, and a work desk. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Single, double, twin, triple, and family rooms are available. Some rooms feature a balcony. The interior is generally quiet, especially rooms facing the rear courtyard, but road-facing rooms may be noisier. The lift is old and small; carrying large suitcases up the stairs is possible if the lift is not operational. Soundproofing between rooms and from the street can be limited.

The selection is basic and may not suit everyone, but it provides a convenient start before a day of travel. A bar, snack bar, and coffee house are available on site.
