The hotel sits on a quiet side street within a 3-5 minute walk of Okubo Station (JR Chuo Line) and Shin-Okubo Station (JR Yamanote Line). The Yamanote Line provides direct access to Shinjuku (one stop), Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. Haneda Airport is 30 minutes by taxi or about one hour by train; Narita Airport is one hour by taxi or about 80 minutes by train. The lively Korea Town area is steps away, with Don Quijote, Aeon supermarket, and many convenience stores, restaurants, and cafés within a few minutes' walk. Kabukicho is about 10 minutes on foot.

Rooms include double rooms (two single beds of 100 cm or 120 cm width) and family rooms (bunk bed plus additional beds, sleeping up to 3 adults + 2 children). All rooms are air-conditioned with soundproof walls and a private entrance. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries; family rooms have a bathtub.
