Conveniently located between three stations, the hotel offers easy access to central Tokyo. JR Otsuka Station (Yamanote Line) is a seven-minute walk, providing direct connections to Shinjuku and Shibuya in about 20 minutes. Shin-Otsuka Subway Station (Marunouchi Line) is ten minutes away, offering direct access to Tokyo Dome. The iconic Sunshine City shopping complex is a five-minute stroll, and Ikebukuro's main entertainment district is within walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful yet well-served, with a 7-Eleven directly across the street, numerous restaurants (Italian, ramen, izakaya) within half a kilometre, and a bus stop for airport limousine buses a short walk away. The nearest tram stop (Toden Arakawa Line) is also nearby, adding a charming local transport option.

Each air-conditioned room includes a flat-screen TV, air purifier, electric kettle, memory foam pillow, and free toiletries. The private bathroom features a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Kitchenettes are equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils available on request. The room accommodates a maximum of two adults; the semi-double bed (120 cm x 195 cm) is compact and the mattress is generally firm, best suited for one person or a couple comfortable with a snug fit. Rooms have carpeted floors and some offer city views from upper floors. Note that noise from the corridor can be an issue due to door gaps, and street-facing rooms may experience traffic noise. The air conditioning unit can be loud during operation. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available - please specify preference at booking. Rooms do not have balconies or connecting doors.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. All guest rooms are equipped with a kitchenette featuring a stovetop, microwave, sink, and refrigerator, allowing guests to prepare simple meals. Kitchen utensils (pots, pans, knives, cutting boards) can be borrowed free of charge from the reception. For those who prefer eating out, over a dozen restaurants are located within a five-minute walk, including Italian, ramen, soba, and izakaya options. A 7-Eleven convenience store is directly across the street for snacks, drinks, and basic groceries.
