Guests at Fukudaya Hotel can select from a Western room with standard furnishings or a Japanese room with tatami flooring and futon beds. Some Japanese rooms include sliding paper screens and en-suite bathrooms, while others do not. Room amenities include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, parquet floors, and free toiletries. Some rooms provide slippers, towels, and wireless internet. All rooms are non-smoking and come with a Japanese tea set and Yukata robe. Rooms with a shower/tub combo are available, though the tub is half the standard size. Family rooms feature tatami mats, air conditioning, a safe deposit box, yukata, and four futons. Triple rooms have three beds, and twin rooms have two beds.

Hotel Fukudaya does not serve food, but there is a vending machine on-site.

Hotel Fukudaya features traditional hot public baths. Guests have access to free wireless internet in public areas and an internet-connected computer. The lobby includes a Kaeru Frog greeting guests, wooden floors, wood-slated windows, a modern seating area, tourist booklets, and travel guidebooks. Hotel Fukudaya is located in Meguro, a short uphill walk from the station. It is near boutiques, cafes, and restaurants in Daikanyama, just outside the Shibuya shopping and entertainment area. The hotel is a seven-minute walk to Sugekari Park, and then two minutes further to the Meguro River, known for cherry blossoms in spring. Nearby landmarks include Meguro Sky Garden (0.5 km), Hikarie (1 km), Hachiko (1 km), Bunkamura (1 km), Takeshita Street (2 km), Yoyogi Park (3 km), and The National Art Center (3 km). The Tokyo Tower is another attraction.

The staff removes shoes at the entrance, creating a traditional Japanese inn experience. Guests arriving after 23:00 must notify the property in advance, providing an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking. Public parking is available for JPY 2000 per day.
