The hotel sits in the quiet, historic Nippori district, 24 km from Tokyo Haneda Airport. Nippori South Park is a 5-minute walk away, and cultural sites such as Kyoouji Temple (600 m) and Asakura Museum of Sculpture (700 m) are nearby. The Yanaka Ginza shopping street and Yanaka Cemetery are within walking distance, offering a traditional Tokyo atmosphere. A 7-Eleven convenience store is on the same block, and many restaurants and cafes (including Burari, Couscous, and Tenshin) are within 0.5 km. The fabric district surrounds the hotel. For airport connections, use the Keisei Skyliner from Nippori to Narita (about 35 minutes). From the station, use the North/East exit with the escalator and lift, as the South exit has stairs.

Rooms are available as single, semi-double (bed 140 cm), double (bed 160 cm), twin (2 beds), and triple (3 beds). Twin and triple rooms on upper floors offer mountain views and the best chance of seeing Tokyo Skytree or Tokyo Tower. Semi-double rooms are the only ones that include a bathtub; all other rooms have a shower only. Bed configurations can be combined upon request (e.g., twin beds into a double). The hotel has a main building and an annex; room types are spread across both. Rooms are notably spacious for Tokyo, comfortably accommodating two large suitcases. Windows can be opened about 10 cm for ventilation. Individual heating and cooling control is available regardless of season. Daily housekeeping changes towels and straightens beds; new toiletries are provided at the door if cleaning is declined.

The breakfast buffet includes Japanese dishes such as tempura, grilled fish, onsen eggs, soft tofu, soups, salads, and fruit, alongside Chinese and Western options. A child-friendly buffet makes it suitable for families. The menu items change daily, offering variety for longer stays. Breakfast is served in the hotel's dining area. For other meals, the surrounding area has numerous restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including Japanese, soba, and international options.

The large public bath is open daily from 16:00 to 01:00 and again from 05:30 to 09:00. It is well-maintained, clean, and includes hair and bath products. Access is free for hotel guests, but tattoos are strictly prohibited - covering them with a sticker or towel is not permitted. The bath does not include a sauna. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located near the bath area, allowing guests to do laundry while relaxing. The bath's location and operating hours make it a practical option after a long day of sightseeing or before departure.

Staff are fluent in English and provide a quick, efficient check-in process. Luggage can be left before check-in and after check-out, with the hotel often placing it in the room before the guest returns.
