Ikebukuro Station (JR, Tokyo Metro, and private lines) is a 1-3 minute walk, providing direct rail access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ueno, and both Haneda (27km) and Narita airports via public transport. A direct bus to the Mount Fuji area and Fuji Q Highland stops within walking distance. The immediate neighbourhood is dense with shopping: Parco, Bic Camera, Daiso, Don Quijote, and Tobu department store are within a few minutes on foot. Family Mart is on the ground floor of the building, and Ichiran ramen is attached. Over a dozen restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and sushi bars are within 300m. The building has one escalator that changes direction by time of day plus a lift, making luggage access manageable.

Room types include single, semi-double, double, twin, triple (3 beds), and quadruple (4 beds). Twin rooms come in Casual and Executive categories. All units supply free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating, and a tea/coffee maker. The en-suite bathroom includes a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer and slippers. Extra amenities like a trouser press and self-service toiletries are available near the second-floor elevator. Rooms are noted as clean and comfortable; some twin/quadruple rooms are considered spacious by Japanese standards, while bathrooms are generally compact.
