The property is on a calm street, yet both Okubo and Shin-Okubo train stations are within a 5-10 minute walk, providing direct access to the JR Yamanote and Sobu lines. Shinjuku's shopping and entertainment district is roughly 1-2 km away, easily reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 23 km from the property. Several convenience stores and a 7-Eleven are around the corner, and the Korean town area with many restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. A Takkyubin (luggage delivery) office is located 2 minutes from the property. The entrance is on a side alley, so using a map or the host's directions is recommended for first-time arrival.

We Guest House does not provide breakfast or operate a restaurant. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware, making self-catering easy. The surrounding area offers abundant dining: within 0.5 km are several restaurants including sushi, ramen, and a cafe, plus convenience stores such as 7-Eleven. The Korean town (about 10-15 minutes on foot) and Shinjuku's main dining areas are also within walking distance.

There are no wellness or leisure facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) at the property. The terrace and balcony available in some rooms provide a small outdoor space. The primary leisure options are the surrounding Shinjuku area, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment within a 10-15 minute walk.
